Job summary

Tebi is hiring a Growth Marketer to ship organic growth experiments using AI and no-code tools. You’ll build pages, tools, and campaigns yourself, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly. Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with product, sales, and RevOps to scale demos and visibility across markets.

Fluency in English is required; experience with small businesses and hospitality is a plus. We value hands-on builders who ship prototypes today over lengthy plans, and who take ownership

Qualifications

• Must be able to design and launch growth experiments quickly.
• Experience with no-code tools and AI to build pages, tools, and campaigns.
• Comfortable measuring results with data and GA4 or similar.
• Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ship growth experiments from backlog: landing pages, tools, ads and content.
• Improve visibility in AI tools and compare with competitors.
• Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners.
• Run creative campaigns across markets with the Marketing team support.
• Turn word of mouth into a demo request channel and partner with Product Growth.
• Coordinate with performance agencies on landing pages and tracking.
• Maintain an experiment log with hypothesis, cost, results and next steps.
