### Growth Development RepresentativePublicFull-time40 h/weekNetherlandsOnsiteStart date: As soon as possibleEnd date: No end dateVacancy Owner-Vacancy workspace-Yearly gross base salary40000 - 50000 EUR/y### Job Description**About the Company** The Company delivers Recruitment and Consulting, powered by an AI-platform. Our recruiters own the judgment and the screening while the AI-platform handles sourcing and ranking at scale, so scale-ups and multinationals hire high-skilled professionals in days rather than months.**Why join the Company** We are a high-growth scale-up with big ambitions. We are scaling fast, we are expanding into new regions quickly, and we are building the commercial team that gets us there. You would be our first senior Growth Representative, reporting directly to the Head of Growth, and the Benelux is your territory. You will carry your own number, but you will also set the standard: how we open accounts, how we handle objections, and how the next member gets up to speed. You will guide the junior SDR on our team and help turn this function into a well-oiled engine rather than a set of individual efforts. This is a role with real impact, and you will see the outcome of your work directly. Not just in the pipeline you build, but in the new logos we win and in how fast the company grows around you.We are a young team and we promote on outcome. Two next steps open up from this seat as we scale: Account Executive, running your own demos and closing your own deals, or SDR Team Lead, building out the outbound team you helped shape.**The role** This is a pure outbound role covering the Benelux, and the phone is the main instrument. You will spend your day calling companies that have never heard of us, opening conversations that were not scheduled, and booking the meetings our Head of Growth converts. Email and LinkedIn support the calling. They do not replace it.You will not be building lists from scratch. Our RevOps function handles sourcing and enrichment off hiring signals, so your job is to judge which accounts are worth a call, work them properly, and tell RevOps what a good account actually looks like. We have the infrastructure to make this efficient (HubSpot, Lemlist), and you will use it and improve it. What we will not do is hide you behind a sequence and wait for replies.**What you will do** *Own the Benelux number** Make high-volume outbound calls into scale-ups and multinationals across the Benelux* Open cold conversations with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders who were not expecting to hear from you, and hold their attention long enough to earn a meeting* Prioritize the accounts RevOps surfaces, decide where the real hiring pain sits, and work those accounts until you get an answer* Handle objections live. Fees, incumbent agencies, hiring freezes, and \"we do it in house\" are the four you will hear most, and you will get very good at all four* Book qualified demos for the Head of Growth and hand over the context needed to walk in ready* Use email and LinkedIn to warm accounts, create pretext for the next call, and follow up on conversations you have already started*Build the engine** Coach our junior SDR: listen to calls, give direct feedback on openers and objection handling, and let them listen to yours* Write the playbook. Openers, objection responses, qualification criteria, and call cadences documented well enough that the next hire ramps in weeks rather than months* Work with RevOps on list quality and signal criteria, feeding back what converts and what wastes calls* Keep HubSpot clean and current, so call outcomes and pipeline reporting reflect reality* Report weekly on what is working: connect rates, conversations per day, meeting conversion, and the openers worth copying**First 90 days** Month 1: Learn our ICPs, our delivery model, and the pitch and start calling. Month 2: Hit your qualified demo quota and start documenting what is working and what is not. Month 3: First version of the call playbook live, and you are actively coaching the junior SDR against it.**Who you are*** 2 to 3 years in outbound sales where cold calling was the core of the job, ideally in B2B services, recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS* A track record you can talk through: quota attainment, conversion rates, and the specific things you changed to improve them* Experience coaching or mentoring other reps, formally or informally, and genuine interest in making other people better at this* Fluent in Dutch and English* You actually like the phone. You would rather have twenty live conversations than send two hundred emails, and rejection does not follow you home* Strong working knowledge of outbound tooling and CRMs. HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or their equivalents, and you know how to keep a pipeline accurate in one* Already using AI tooling well in your day to day, and able to show us how, so you can do the work of a much larger team* Commercially motivated and happy in an environment where the process is still being built**What we offer*** Competitive base salary plus a transparent commission structure tied to qualified meetings and closed business* Direct access to the commercial leadership team, with real influence over how this function is built* A MacBook, a modern tooling stack, RevOps support behind you, and the freedom to automate the parts of the job that should be automated* 24 vacation days, plus the option of extended remote work* Regular team activities and outings* Daily office lunch* A competitive bonus structure on top of your base salary
