The role
We have far more ideas worth executing than hours to execute them. This role is created so
more of them actually ship to drive growth.
You start by executing against plans the growth team has already written, while you learn how we operate, how our unit economics work, and where our growth comes from. Within months you are running end-to-end projects yourself.
At DogSuppy, whoever owns a project is the mini-CEO of that project, and everyone working on it reports to them for that project, doesn't matter their position.
You will not be starting from scratch. We have ~€1 million / month in ad
spend to work with, strategies from the rest of the growth team to execute against,
in-house designers and editors to make your assets, and data from 400,000+ customers.
You will work directly with our Head of Growth and our co-founder. Ask for help and you
will get it. What you will not get is babysitting - this is not a corporate traineeship.
Examples of the type of projects you could be working on:
- Promotions: Own the monthly promo calendar, understand our unit economics well enough to design promos that are genuinely good value for our customers, and still protect our margin. Then manage every stakeholder involved to get each promo live across all channels and countries, on the deadline.
- Launch a new ad channel: Get us live on AppLovin, a new channel we haven’t unlocked yet. Do research, build out the campaign, run tests, and figure out whether this can become a new acquisition channel for us.
- Optimize funnels: We are building out pre-purchase and post-purchase flows to capture more value out of our traffic. You make sure we actually learn from them: keep track of what changed and when, set up A/B tests, read the results, and come back with ideas for what we should test next.
- Formula effectiveness testing: Due to our volume of orders we can test whether a finished product actually works in real dogs at a scale no clinical study can match. You would run the post-purchase survey behind it, link responses to product batches, and design the tests that tell us which formula wins.
- Analysis: This runs through all of it. You will spend a real part of your week in the numbers: what a discount does to margin, which creative is actually driving the result, whether a test moved anything. Understanding numbers and data is the core of this job, not a side task.
And whatever matters most that month.
We are a lean team and move fast. This list will look different in six months, and some of the best projects you work on are not on it yet
What you bring
- 0 to 3 years of experience: We do not care about your background, as we’ve seen great success with people from extremely unconventional backgrounds. If you just graduated, show us something you’ve built next to or during your studies. We care about what you have actually done, not how long you have been doing it.
- You understand numbers and data: Comfortable in spreadsheets, you do not have to build the models, but you do have to understand what the outcomes are.
- You are diligent and structured: Several projects and tests running at once, a lot of people involved, nothing forgotten and nobody having to chase you. You double check your own work before you hand it over.
- You are AI-native: You already use AI tools every day and can show us how.
- You are fluent in English: Any other language is a bonus, not a requirement.
- You live in Amsterdam or are ready to move here.
This role is for you if...
- You are the person who remembers what everyone else forgot, and chases it until it is done.
- You can run several projects in parallel, start to finish, without dropping any of them.
- You are comfortable being the youngest person in the room and still holding people to their deadlines.
- You believe "action produces information". You form a hypothesis on incomplete data, make a move, learn, adjust.
- You operate with urgency and like doing in three days what others take three weeks for.
This role is not for you if...
- You want a manager who plans your week.
- Chasing someone for the third time this week feels beneath you.
- You need the full picture before you start.
- You are uncomfortable with change. We may focus on Project X this week and drop it next week for Project Y, because Y creates more impact. That is normal here.
- You have a bias toward delegating, or you would rather advise on growth than ship it.
- You want to work remotely or part-time. We do not do that.
What we offer
- Full-time on-site role: 5 days per week at our Amsterdam office (non-negotiable)
- A competitive salary, good pension scheme and 25 holiday days
- You can work remotely from another country four calendar weeks per year
- Free office lunches, Friday drinks and monthly team activities
- An international, ambitious team that enjoys building meaningful things together
