We are hiring a Group Sustainability Coordinator in Delft, the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and route group-level sustainability inquiries received from business units’ customers.
- Coordinate the development of high-quality responses to both standard and complex sustainability questions, and systematically capture and log process performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with internal Group experts to create coherent, accurate, and aligned responses for queries requiring Group-level input.
- Maintain and continuously enhance a central repository of sustainability questions and answers, including recurring queries, FAQs, and standard sustainability statements.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements, including requirements and solutions for digitalization to increase efficiency.

You Bring
- Master’s degree in Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sustainability‑oriented and/or customer‑facing roles. Sustainability knowledge is highly preferred but not essential.
- Excellent command of English. Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is not required but considered a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
