Job description

Salary range: €60,000–€75,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Job title: Sustainability Customer Service Coordinator (80392)

Location: Delft, the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and route group-level sustainability inquiries received from business units’ customers.
• Coordinate the development of high-quality responses to both standard and complex sustainability questions, and systematically capture and log process performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with internal Group experts to create coherent, accurate, and aligned responses for queries requiring Group-level input.
• Maintain and continuously enhance a central repository of sustainability questions and answers, including recurring queries, FAQs, and standard sustainability statements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements, including requirements and solutions for digitalization to increase efficiency.

You Bring

• Master’s degree in Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability‑oriented and/or customer‑facing roles. Sustainability knowledge is highly preferred but not essential.
• Excellent command of English. Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is not required but considered a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
