Job summary

Stage Entertainment Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Group Content Management Lead to shape how content is created, managed and published across European markets. You will serve as the central CMS governance expert, setting standards and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.

You will translate business needs into practical frameworks, train local teams, and collaborate with Website Product, Marketing and local teams to accelerate time-to-market and improve content quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content management, strategy, editorial, or digital content; preferably in entertainment or related industries.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable standards and processes.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CMS governance across Stage Entertainment markets.
• Establish standards, guidelines and best practices for content management.
• Train and onboard local teams; produce documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with Website Product, UX, Marketing and local teams to drive improvements.
