• A university degree in law, finance, economics or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a compliance/regulatory/quantitative role.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of trading and system data.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing monitoring and surveillance of trading activity to identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
• Investigate and document alerts generated by surveillance systems and refine surveillance rules and thresholds.
• Build out and improve our surveillance stack with third-party tools and in-house systems.
