Job summary

IMC Trading offers a five-week Global Trainee Programme for graduates to learn from seasoned engineers and traders across regions. You’ll deepen your knowledge of trading and financial markets while building production software in C++, Java or Python.

After training, you’ll be mentored in your local office and can join Execution teams or Strategy teams to develop networks, proprietary algorithms, data analytics, and systems powering big data.

Qualifications

• In your ultimate year of study in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and seeking to join IMC full-time in February or August 2027.
• Proficiency in C++ or Java required; Python is a plus.
• Working knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• First-class analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems programmatically.
• Genuine interest in financial markets is welcome—no prior experience required.
