You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the candidate database, helping tailor recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (HR, Psychology, BA) is advantageous.
• Hybrid work setting with proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening graduates for entry-level roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and interest.
• Learn and apply best practices in candidate engagement and recruitment marketing.
