Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Graduation between 2025-2026.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QS software is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Support measurement and valuation of works (on-site and from drawings).
• Participate in cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle.
• Assist with procurement processes, including bills of quantities and tender evaluations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
