Job summary

Construction Logistics Group Oy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of a large-scale data centre construction project. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project cost plans and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance and cost forecasts.
  • Manage interim valuations and payment applications.
  • Support procurement processes and subcontractor management.
  • Identify, assess, and manage variations and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate cost reporting and financial documentation.
  • Assist with contract administration and commercial risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
  • Support the project team in delivering the project within agreed financial parameters.

Job description

Overview

Support the commercial management of a large-scale data centre construction project in Sweden. Manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle from procurement to final account. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure commercial success. Provide cost control, financial reporting, and contract administration support. Contribute to delivering the project on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations. Support the wider project team in maintaining strong commercial governance and risk management.


Ideal candidate

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects preferred. Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration. Experience managing variations, change orders, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international project environment. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
