All Options seeks a Graduate Quantitative Trader for a six-month intensive training program, blending theory with hands-on market-making experience. You will learn options theory, trading systems, and shadowing sessions led by experienced traders in a fast‑paced environment.

In the role, you will design and backtest systematic strategies, build pricing tools, and contribute to P&L. A Master’s degree in a quantitative field and fluency in English are required; placement is Europe-based with

Qualificações

• Masters degree in quantitative fields (STEM, statistics, econometrics).
• Strong interest in option trading and financial markets.
• Result-driven and able to prioritize.
• Pattern recognition skills.
• Able to apply theory to practical challenges.
• Coding is second nature; Python is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English; based in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Research and design systematic options strategies rather than manual trading.
• Build and backtest signals, pricing tools, and automated trading algorithms; move from idea to production.
• Spend most time on research and development: data analysis, testing hypotheses, finding statistical edge.
• Monitor live strategy performance, diagnose deviations, and improve it.
• Enhance and extend pricing models and volatility analytics.
• Own and improve core parts of the codebase and tech stack (Python/C++ etc.).
• Contribute to P&L through the strategies and tools you build; measured by quality and performance.
