Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (STEM, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance)
• Strong interest in option trading and financial markets demonstrated through courses or experience
• Able to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems
• Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms within a few months
• Monitor and optimize strategy performance
• Enhance pricing models
• Build, maintain, and improve codebase and technology stack
• Progressively contribute to P&L – generating activities as your knowledge grows
