Job summary

MatchWornShirt is seeking a Marketplace Executive to ensure a Gold Standard experience across our live marketplace. You will balance premium presentation with the speed needed to capture live moments, managing quality, content, and optimization across campaigns and campaigns and partnerships.

You will work with CMS and e-commerce platforms, leveraging analytics to drive improvements as we expand into new sports, competitions, and global markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising, Content Management, CRO, or a similar digital role.
• Practical CMS and e-commerce platform experience; Storyblok and/or Dynamic Yield is a strong advantage.
• Analytical skills; comfortable using analytics tools to support decisions.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and proactive improvement.
• Knowledge of CRO, experimentation, and digital merchandising workflows.
• EU passport or valid Netherlands work rights.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Quality: manage daily quality and visual presentation across key touchpoints.
• Content Management: keep marketplace content engaging.
• Gold Standard Protection: proactively identify and resolve quality issues.
• KPI Monitoring: track performance and user behavior to find opportunities.
• A/B Testing & CRO: design, run, and evaluate experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Marketing and Partnerships on campaigns and storytelling.
• Scalable Improvements: translate insights into long-term platform improvements.
