Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a GoLang Developer / Platform Engineer to advance a large-scale CI/CD platform used by thousands of IT engineers. You will work within Platform Technology (IT4IT), focusing on automation, tooling, and SecDevOps principles, with Azure, Kubernetes, and Ansible-based IaC.

The role emphasizes hands-on Go development, cloud infrastructure expertise, and collaboration with platform teams to improve developer experience, across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• GoLang development experience.
• Strong Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with Ansible Tower, CI tools, and artifact repositories (Nexus).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on OPS Engineer experience.
• Solid Linux administration and OS concepts.
• Experience supporting critical business applications at L2 level.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred).
• SecDevOps mindset with automation passion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain GoLang-based applications for production CI/CD workflows.
• Engineer and support CI/CD platform components used by thousands of developers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and compliance.
• Provide L2 support for critical business applications and resolve incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain cloud/on-prem solutions.
• Troubleshoot Linux, network, and OS-level issues.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible playbooks).
• Collaborate with platform teams to enhance tooling and developer experience.
