Job summary

Sire Search is seeking Production Operators to support pharmaceutical manufacturing in a regulated GMP environment. You will gain hands-on experience with production processes, equipment operation, and quality systems.

Fluent Dutch and English, you will follow SOPs, maintain safety and quality, and contribute to a clean, compliant production area while collaborating with a dedicated team. This role involves rotating shifts and structured training to build a solid GMP foundation.

Qualifications

• MBO level education in a technical, manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences discipline.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a structured and regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of GMP principles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in rotating shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to approved procedures, GMP requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare production materials, equipment, and work areas for operational activities.
• Operate production equipment following training and approved instructions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all assigned activities.
• Follow GMP guidelines and quality requirements at all times.
• Identify deviations, abnormalities, and safety concerns and elevate appropriately.
• Support smooth shift handovers and maintain effective communication within the team.
• Participate in training programs and on the job learning activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.
• Collaborate with operators and production colleagues to ensure operational continuity.
