Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialist Calibration Technician to coordinate GMP calibrations for equipment and instruments at the Leiden cell therapy facility. This role sits within the Reliability Engineering team, supporting 24/7 calibration operations to serve patients.

Key responsibilities include ensuring GMP/EHS-compliant calibration activities, documenting in CMMS, and maintaining calibration tools. On-call duty and possible overtime/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing with calibration experience.
• Familiar with instrumentation and various calibration methods.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, EHS and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GMP calibrations for equipment and instruments.
• Ensure calibration services are performed accurately per GMP/EHS.
• Document calibrations in CMMS and Document Management Systems per GxP.
• Assist in creating new calibration procedures.
• Maintain calibration equipment in the metrology storage.
• On-call duties with potential overtime and weekends.
