Oxford Global Resources, Maastricht region, seeks a GMP & Aseptic Specialist to strengthen culture and compliance across a 24/7 operation. You will coach operators, develop training programs, and partner with QA and production to raise performance and quality.

You will lead hands-on coaching, deliver training, and contribute to quality initiatives in a highly regulated environment, shaping site-wide GMP culture and capability development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biopharma/sterile manufacturing.
• Experience delivering training and coaching on the shop floor.
• Strong English communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support GMP and aseptic practices on the manufacturing floor.
• Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and qualification programs.
• Conduct shop-floor observations and drive process improvements.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance to drive improvements.
• Act as SME in aseptic manufacturing and GMP compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects affecting performance.

For an international pharmaceutical manufacturer, we are looking for a GMP & Aseptic Specialist to support and strengthen GMP culture across a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role combines training, shop-floor coaching, quality oversight, and continuous improvement activities, making it ideal for professionals who want to have a direct impact on both people and manufacturing performance.

Job Description

As a GMP & Aseptic Specialist, you will play a key role in developing manufacturing teams and ensuring compliance with GMP and aseptic standards. You will work closely with operators, supervisors, quality teams, and production management to strengthen knowledge, improve behaviors, and enhance performance on the manufacturing floor.

This position combines hands-on interaction with manufacturing teams, coaching and training activities, and participation in quality and continuous improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence site-wide GMP culture while helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to operate successfully in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support manufacturing teams in GMP and aseptic best practices
• Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions
• Develop, improve and maintain training materials and qualification programs
• Perform shop-floor observations and identify opportunities for process and compliance improvements
• Promote a strong quality and compliance culture throughout the manufacturing organization
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments and audit preparation
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements
• Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to capability development strategies
• Act as a subject matter expert in aseptic manufacturing practices and GMP compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance operational performance and manufacturing excellence

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline
• Experience working within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cell therapy or sterile manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of aseptic processing and contamination control principles
• Experience delivering training, coaching colleagues or developing training programs
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization
• Interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence and capability development
• Experience with investigations, CAPAs, audits or quality systems is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and the confidence to engage with manufacturing teams on the shop floor
• Proactive, organized and passionate about developing people and improving processes
• Available to work in a 5-shift rotation

Benefits

• Salary between €3.750,- and €5.250,- gross per month, depending on experience
• 8% holiday allowance
• 8% annual bonus
