Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in Maastricht, the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician to join an international GMP-driven team in a state-of-the-art cleanroom. You will perform aseptic cell culture steps, complete batch records, and support quality investigations.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in GMP manufacturing, an MBO/HBO in Life Sciences, and good English communication. You will work a 6-shift rotation with a competitive salary and onboarding.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related discipline.

• Experience in cleanroom environment and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP-compliant manufacturing activities in a cleanroom using aseptic techniques.
• Perform cell culture steps including media preparation, expansion and harvesting.
• Accurately complete batch records and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify, document and report deviations; support quality investigations.
• Maintain high GMP, quality and safety standards; contribute to process improvements.
• Work in a 6-shift schedule including evenings, nights and weekends.

Job Description

As a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Executing manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom using aseptic techniques
• Performing cell culture processes, including media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting
• Accurately completing batch records and manufacturing documentation
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations while supporting quality investigations
• Maintaining high standards of GMP compliance, quality, and safety
• Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Profile

• MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably within cell therapy, ATMP, or biopharmaceutical production
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Good communication skills in English
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 27% shift allowance
• Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
