Oxford Global Resources in Maastricht, Netherlands, seeks a Senior GMP and Cleanroom Training Specialist to lead aseptic training, certification, and compliance programs in a sterile manufacturing environment. The role combines technical expertise with coaching to improve contamination control.

You will mentor across functions, develop training materials, monitor GMP practices, and support investigations, CAPAs, and audits.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related field.
• Extensive experience in aseptic or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, aseptic processing and contamination control.
• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or qualification programs.
• Extensive experience mentoring personnel across multiple functions and levels.
• Familiarity with contamination investigations and CAPAs is a plus.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior GMP and Cleanroom Training Specialist to lead and continuously improve aseptic training, certification, and compliance programs within a sterile manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who combine strong technical expertise with a passion for coaching and mentoring others. As a senior specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert for aseptic behavior and contamination control across the manufacturing organization.

You will:

• Lead and improve the aseptic behavior certification program.
• Monitor aseptic and GMP practices on the shop floor.
• Deliver hands-on coaching and GMP/aseptic training across the site.
• Develop and enhance training materials and qualification programs.

Profile

Benefits

• Salary between €60,000 and €80,050 per year, depending on experience.
