Job summary

Sinclair in Almere, Netherlands, seeks a Global Import/Export Expert to own end-to-end customs logistics, regulatory adherence, and cross-border trade for our global supply chain. You will manage 3PL and forwarders, ensure GDP/CE/FDA compliance, and oversee documentation and HS classification.

The role requires 5–8 years in import/export operations, pharma/medical device experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of import/export operations and customs compliance experience.
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/aesthetic industry is required.
• Knowledge of GDP, CE, FDA and international health regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customs logistics management and regulatory adherence across markets.
• Prepare and validate enforcement documents and import/export paperwork.
• Manage 3PL/forwarders and warehouse providers; monitor KPIs and negotiate SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional coordination on cross-border shipments and risk mitigation.
