Qualifications

Currently in final stage of Bachelor's or enrolled in a Master's programme.
EU working rights required and enrolled at a Dutch university for part of the internship.
Knowledge of customs processes and declarations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and support live import/export customs declarations from data collection to submission and follow-up.
Work with customs regimes including release for free circulation and returned goods relief.
Apply preferential and non-preferential rules of origin.
Review declarations against invoices, packing lists and transport documents; flag discrepancies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the customs error log and compliance analysis.
Follow up on root causes of customs delays and propose actions to improve customer care.
