Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands is offering a Customs Intern position for Bachelor’s or Master’s students to support live import and export declarations, work with regimes of origin, and contribute to process improvements in customs compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience and interact with a global team.

This is a hybrid 6‑month internship based in Amsterdam, starting January or February 2027, with an allowance of €625 per month plus travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• You are in the final stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s programme.
• You study Supply Chain, Customs, International Trade, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• EU/EEA students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.
• Non‑EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship.
• EU working rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and supporting live import and export customs declarations, from collecting the required data through to submission and follow-up.
• Working with customs regimes, including release for free circulation and returned goods relief.
• Applying preferential and non-preferential rules of origin.
• Reviewing declarations against commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents, and flagging discrepancies.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customs error log and compliance analysis.
• Following up on the root causes of customs delays and proposing actions to improve customer care satisfaction.
