Zusammenfassung

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist in Rotterdam to strengthen its Internal Control Program and ensure EU/US export control compliance. You will collaborate with logistics, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and drive process improvements.

You will manage licensing, denied party screening, match escalations, and export transaction reviews, while supporting automation initiatives and cross-functional teams. The role reports to the EMEA Trade Compliance Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or equivalent in Law, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-paced, international operations environment.
• Experience with SAP ECC/GTS, MS Excel, MS Access; knowledge of AI-driven tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute EU and US export controls, licensing, sanctions and embargoes.
• Administer denied party and sanctions screening activities daily.
• Investigate and resolve screening matches and escalations; review export transactions for compliance.
• Determine license requirements and support license applications.
• Review exports for prohibited end uses, end users and destinations.
• Maintain export compliance metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions during audits.
• Support other functional areas (Import Compliance, Logistics, Legal, Finance).
• Assist in compliance system enhancements and automation.
