Royal Houdijk is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our international sales region, build long-term relationships with customers and translate needs into tailored system solutions. You will own the end-to-end commercial process, travel regularly to meet clients and trade shows, and join a team of professionals in Vlaardingen with a global service footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• At least five years of commercial experience in international sales of technical products or machinery.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine building is preferred.
• Experience developing international markets and long-term customer relationships is advantageous.
• Experience with costing methods and preparing commercial calculations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the international sales region with existing and new customers.
• Identify market developments, customer needs and new commercial opportunities.
• Independently generate and follow up on new projects and leads.
• Translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities with system engineering for the right technical solution.
• Prepare calculations, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
• Represent Royal Houdijk at international trade shows, events and seminars.
