Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a Technical Manager to provide technical support across international bottlers and co-packers. You will oversee quality, production readiness, and new partner onboarding while collaborating with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, robust problem-solving, and up to ~50% international travel. A technical degree and beverage/FMCG experience are essential; Amsterdam is the preferred location with

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, food science or related field.
Experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
Knowledge of HACCP, Good Laboratory Practice and ISO/FSSC/IFS/AIB standards.
Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ability to work autonomously and travel internationally ~50%.

Responsibilities

Manage technical and quality relationships with bottlers and co-packers; support onboarding of new partners.
Monitor quality KPIs and plan improvements; lead corrective actions.
Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with HACCP and quality standards.
Lead investigations of quality incidents and implement preventive actions.
Coordinate new product launches, packaging changes and industrial trials with cross-functional teams.
Visit production sites to understand issues and provide practical technical support.
