Job summary

TCC Global N.V in Amsterdam is seeking an in-house tax leader to own compliance and reporting across key markets, including the Netherlands, UK, US, Canada and South Africa. You will partner with local finance teams and external advisors to deliver accurate filings, budgets and cash tax estimates while driving consistency group-wide.

You'll modernise how we work by introducing tax technology and AI, maintain transfer pricing documentation, and shape tax planning opportunities such as

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in an in-house tax role within an international or multi-jurisdiction group.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance in NL/UK/US/Canada/South Africa.
• Own corporate tax filings end-to-end with local teams and advisors.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile/Local Files).
• Oversee VAT and employment taxes across multiple markets.
• Develop tax budgets and cash tax estimates.
