Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Manager of Tax Compliance, Reporting & Strategy to lead tax compliance and reporting for clients with international scope. The role includes guiding less experienced colleagues and ensuring high-quality service.

The position is based in Amsterdam or Rotterdam with hybrid working where possible, offering a competitive salary, permanent contract, pension, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, Business Economics, Accountancy or another relevant study.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in at least one of the mentioned areas.
• Ability to motivate others and ensure quality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns and prepare/verify tax positions in financial statements (Dutch GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP).
• Advise and support clients on tax accounting issues.
• Using data extraction and software solutions, help clients maximise use of tax data for compliance and reporting (e.g. corporate income tax return, Country-by-Country reporting).
• Support clients in their relationship with key stakeholders, such as the Tax Office, in a horizontal supervision environment.
