Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within retail, supply chain, or logistics.
• Success managing large-scale, multi-country projects.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Engage with external vendors and local authorities for operational readiness.
• Develop processes for collecting and sorting products.
• Facilitate integration with internal systems and workflows.
• Track milestones and analyze key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure operations adhere to regulations and sustainability standards.
• Lead training and transition of processes to operational teams.
