Job summary

Uitzendbureau is seeking a Head of Operations for the Supply Chain Performance department to lead and shape the foundation of supplier performance. This role demands a structured leader who can set priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, bridging Dutch and Chinese teams and cultures.

You will guide a diverse team across Eindhoven and China, ensure high-quality supplier performance, and travel internationally 1-2 times per year to foster relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial or team lead experience.
• Proven ability to manage a multicultural or international team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Supply Chain Performance team based in Eindhoven and China.
• Establish clear structures, processes, and priorities for daily and long-term goals.
• Serve as the central contact for Sales, Marketing, and Operations regarding supplier performance.
