Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Procurement Controller to join the global procurement business control team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis and reporting as the finance partner for procurement, aligning with Finance Transformation, AP and Business Finance.

You will provide clear financial insights, drive cost transparency and ensure consistency in reporting across the procurement organization, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Business Partnering.
• Experience with Procurement or Supply Chain is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong analytical and holistic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for procurement activities.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support procurement performance and decisions.
• Act as a finance business partner for procurement stakeholders and support them with operational finance questions.
• Connect procurement with other finance functions, including Finance Transformation, Accounts Payable and Business Finance.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify trends, risks and savings opportunities.
• Track and analyse procurement cost movements and assess their financial impact.
• Support consistency and transparency in savings methodology and reporting.
• Escalate complex issues, risks or stakeholder conflicts to the Global Procurement Controller when needed.
