Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior Network Portfolio Director for Sterile & Biologics to shape strategic manufacturing decisions across its European network. You will lead site selection, cost-and-margin analyses, and governance to optimise capacity, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing strategy within a global setting, strong financial acumen, and ability to drive AI-enabled insights for executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience in sterile or biologics manufacturing is required.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing network strategy, supply chain, or similar strategic roles within a complex global organisation.
• Strong understanding of sterile & biologics pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and regulatory constraints.
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial capability with capital‑allocation experience.
• Proven ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection for sterile & biologics products across the Teva network.
• Own make-vs-buy assessments with robust cost, margin, and supply risk analysis.
• Drive portfolio pruning, optimisation, and governance across the network.
• Analyse network cost and margin, improve capacity utilisation and reduce complexity.
• Define the target network strategy for sterile & biologics, including aseptic fill‑finish and related processes.
• Lead executive-level engagements and secure alignment on strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases integrating financial impact, capacity, and regulatory constraints.
• Track decisions and realised benefits across governance forums.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance, Life Sciences

MBA or advanced degree preferred
