A leading mental health solution provider is seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join their coaching network as 1099 contract providers. Coaches will deliver tele-coaching sessions to empower clients in overcoming barriers to mental health and achieving meaningful change. Qualifications

• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
• Training in evidence-based modalities of support like NVC, NLP, or Positive Psychology.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video or phone.
• Support adults with setting goals and building confidence.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care navigation teams.
