Postcode Lottery Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to own and evolve our CRM ecosystem across multiple countries. You will guide architectural decisions and drive scalable Salesforce-based solutions, collaborating with international teams and product owners.

The role requires deep Apex/LWC expertise, strong frontend and backend skills, and a proactive approach to governance, security and data privacy in multi-country CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce Developer or CRM Engineering role with deep Apex, LWC, integrations, Flows, and Salesforce data modelling.
• Strong front-end and back-end engineering with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, APIs, and modern software practices.
• Experience in complex international environments, multi-country CRM platforms, governance, security, and data privacy.
• Proactive in identifying risks, communicating with stakeholders, and driving change.
• Salary indication between €5,000 and €7,000 per month for a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and Braze solutions across the international CRM landscape, including architecture and integrations.
• Design and develop modern CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and middleware.
• Define and improve engineering standards: CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, release management, governance.
• Act as technical advisor and coach for engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders across an international matrix organization.
