Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Sales Transformation & Training Manager to lead the development of a top-tier sales organization for our country. After a two-month induction at HQ in Cesena, you will deploy the Technogym Sales Process, perform data analysis, and deliver extensive training sessions to elevate performance.

You will work with Top Management, travel as needed, and be responsible for coaching teams, driving ROI-focused value selling, and coordinating global reviews with the HQ.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 10+ years in sales, meeting targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Background in luxury goods and digital business environments.
• Strong change management skills to engage diverse sales teams.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Data mindset and analytical approach.
• Passion for wellness and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Develop the best sales organization for the country.
• Deploy and implement the Technogym Sales Process.
• Perform data analysis and deliver training sessions.
• Coach local sales team on CRM usage.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and define recovery plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive the business with data insights.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Sales leadership as a partner.
• Coordinate global reviews with HQ on a monthly basis.
• Drive value-based selling with ROI focus.
• Shadow Field Sales and Telesales for improvement feedback.
• Work globally with HQ in monthly reviews.
