Job summary

STX Group is seeking a strategic professional to shape and own high-impact commercial initiatives in the renewable gas and environmental commodities space. You will support leadership with due diligence, financial modelling and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Business Development, Trading and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a leading strategy (consulting), origination or business development, investment or chief of staff type role.
• Strong ability to frame and own business cases and support senior management decision making.
• Familiarity with commodity trading, renewable energy markets and sustainability topics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills for fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with diverse stakeholders.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute strategy for commercial business building initiatives (geography/product scope, new end-customer groups, platforms).
• Coordinate and support on complex high-priority commercial opportunities including due diligence and financial modelling.
• Own cross-desk projects to improve efficiency and governance.
• Prepare and shape strategic initiative and C-level reporting cycles across STX.
