Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a company seeking a Senior Solutions Architect based in the Netherlands to tailor and integrate a global mobile network platform for local market requirements. The role focuses on translating regulatory and technical needs into concrete, scalable architectures and ensuring compliance.

You will lead discovery with mobile network operators, regulators, and internal teams, shape delivery approaches, and provide hands-on leadership to engineering groups across multiple

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Business Analysis or Solutions Architecture in telecom or tech.
• Ability to translate regulatory docs into actionable engineering requirements.
• Experience discussing SIP, SMS routing, MNP with engineers.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-market delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between regulatory requirements and Core Network engineering.
• Lead discovery workshops with MNOs, regulators, partners, and internal teams.
• Assess local requirements against platform capabilities and plan enhancements.
• Create high-level workflows and diagrams for MNP and Lawful Interception.
• Define data exchange requirements and functional specifications for services.
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain regulatory checklists across countries and track dependencies.
• Provide functional leadership to development teams and review user stories.
