Job summary

The Member Company in Arnhem seeks a Quality Project Manager to drive PQ initiatives, develop QM plans, and coordinate improvements across international teams. You will lead project documentation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality excellence.

Required are HBO-level technical education, 5+ years in a quality-focused tech environment, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. English and German language skills are a plus, with emphasis on audit methods and SAP/MS Office

Qualifications

Higher professional education (HBO) in a technical field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment with a quality system.
Leadership/management capabilities.
Experience with audit techniques or internal auditor training; Lead Auditor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain project documentation: QM Plan, Process Flow Chart, Inspection Instruction.
Coordinate improvement measures with multidisciplinary, international teams for quality issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Advise the MRB on rejected parts and co-decide on the outcome.
Support feasibility studies and create product requirements for production processes with suppliers.
Engage in client, supplier, and certification authority discussions (English and German).
Lead PQ project team members.
