The International Baccalaureate seeks a Publishing and Localization Project Coordinator to organize and monitor editorial, production and translation projects across IB languages. You will support work planning and budgeting and act as account manager for content authoring departments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years coordinating translation projects, strong English skills, and experience with CAT tools and MS Office. Hybrid work with international teams is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in translation management, languages or related field.
• More than four years of experience coordinating translation projects.
• Some professional experience as a translator.
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Spanish desirable.
• Practical experience using computer-assisted translation tools.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Organize and monitor editorial, production and translation projects across IB languages.
• Act as account manager for content authoring departments, supporting planning and budgeting.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality assurance framework.
