Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Project Coordinator EMEA based in Boxmeer, The Netherlands. You will act as the central hub coordinating installations and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers worldwide.

The role requires 2–5 years in project coordination, strong organization, and fluent Dutch and English communication to liaise with Sales, Planning, Production and Service teams.

Qualifications

• HTS/Bachelor-level education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a project-based or coordination role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
• Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments (Sales, Service, Technology, Planning, Production).
• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
• Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main contact for installation technicians regarding planning and deviations (Boxmeer).
• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
• Oversee the full project process from quotation to handover to customers.
• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
• Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions through partnership.
• Ensure smooth transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.
