Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Project Coordinator EMEA based in Boxmeer, The Netherlands. You will coordinate installations, act as a central liaison across Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production, and manage project plans and budgets to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

You will oversee multiple projects, communicate in Dutch and English, and guide regional coordinators as needed, with a focus on seamless transfer to Service after completion.

Qualifications

• HTS or Bachelor-level education in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a project-based or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Oversight across multiple projects and processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
• Act as key intermediary between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production.
• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
• Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations (from Boxmeer).
• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
• Oversee the full project process: from quotation phase through installation, commissioning, training and handover to customers.
• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
• Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions through partnership.
• Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.
