Versuni is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the One Up product line from Amsterdam. You will own strategic planning, work with UX and marketing, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products that delight customers.

The role requires a strong background in product management, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate consumer insights into compelling value propositions. Join us for global impact with a locally based, hybrid work approach in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs is a plus.

The impact you’ll make:

Key Responsibilities

• Develops the Product (sub-)Category Strategy and turns it into product project specifications. She/he is the product specialist of his/her portfolio: benchmarkingcompetitors at same price points, analysing gaps to optimize product competitiveness.
• Create Product Value Proposition and consolidate into a consumer-centric, differentiating and compelling Value Proposition.
• Create the Business Case to evaluate Sales impacts, ROI and IGM%, optimizing the product range mix (incl. number of SKUs).
• Teams up with the Project Leader (who is responsible for the End to End project till launch + 6/8 months) to represent the consumer all along the project development. Together with the UX team she/he designs all testing to validate consumer satisfaction and acceptance.
• Post launch, she/he loops markets and consumers feedbacks (RR, Consumer Care, VoC...) with Quality post Market Surveillance and Marketing team to actively develop and drive the necessary actions plan that willlead to overall consumer satisfaction level.
• During LCM, he/she interacts with the LCM team to create range improvement, extension and/or animation, with the supply team to plan the product end of life, with the DFX Project Leads to increase IGM%.
• Lead and manage more complex, high ambition innovation projects that require deeper technological capability, cross functional orchestration, and longer term strategic impact. This includes elevating theinnovation level of the Kitchen Core category by drivingbreakthrough concepts and next generation productplatforms.
• Brief Marketing and Design teams on required assets and communication materials to ensure consistent, consumer centric representation in all touchpoints.

KPI’s

• On time Delivery: Percentage of projects completed on schedule
• Number of products launched (in%) meeting project business objectives (T.O. IGM%)
• Quality/consumer satisfaction: Percentage of deliverables meeting standards, Ratings & Reviews
• Stakeholder Feedback: Satisfaction with project management and Marketing
• Team Efficiency: Effective resource use and process adherence

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 7+ years in product management
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field, possibly engineering
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Strong communicator, capable of working and influencing with cross functional teams
• Experience or strong affinity with technology intensive or complex innovation programs is a plus, reflecting the increased ambition level of future projects.
