Job summary

Luvion, a premium baby products brand, seeks a Product Manager/Sourcer to drive product development and procurement. You will oversee market research, sourcing, and packaging, shaping the approach within a dynamic team.

You will manage OEM/ODM processes, collaborate with designers on packaging, and travel to suppliers and trade shows as needed. A strong analytical mindset and Dutch/English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• HBO degree in a commercial field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Retail experience with both specialty chains and mass markets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Willingness to travel to Asia annually.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from idea to market launch.
• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Manage OEM and ODM processes.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers on packaging and presentation.
• Source products from current and new suppliers.
• Ensure product quality and alignment with market demands.
• Analyze the samples and, together with the Graphic Designers, ensure the right packaging and presentation.
