Job summary

Panda International is looking for a Global Procurement Data & Insights Manager to lead the data governance, KPI standardization, and self-service reporting across a global procurement function. Hybrid work in Utrecht with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with IT and senior stakeholders to harmonize ERP and procurement data, implement predictive analytics, and shape the data strategy for procurement across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management in a global procurement environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global procurement data governance framework.
• Define and maintain a global KPI dictionary.
• Build and deliver a centralized procurement reporting suite.
• Develop predictive analytics use cases, including spend forecasting.
• Work with IT to define data architecture and integration requirements across procurement tools.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and data literacy initiatives.
• Translate complex data topics into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
