The role emphasizes data-driven insights, internal control, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across Cluster Controllers, Plant Controllers, and the Financial Shared Service Center in Budapest.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and reporting
• Proficiency in internal control and financial reporting; advanced MS Excel; SAP/BW, Spotfire BI, and Oracle HFM preferred
• Ability to challenge commercial assumptions and drive corrective actions
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships across boundaries and functions
• Able to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment
• Master’s degree in Finance

Responsibilities

• Financial Controlling & Reporting: Manage financial plans and close activities
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes
• Data & Analytics: Deep dive into data for cash visibility and budget management
• Change & continuous improvement: Lead change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment
• Manage Capex accounting and Coupa payments; coordinate internal control cycle
