Job summary

One Family Foundation, based in the Netherlands, is strengthening its policy, data, and digital tools to support governments and ecosystems globally. The Policy & Advocacy Lead shapes policy discussions on legal frameworks and financing for social innovation, translating insights across reports, events, and public channels.

We seek a strong writer who can bridge research, policy, and communications, coordinating multiple workstreams in a small, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in public policy, research, or policy advocacy.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in public policy, economics, law, international development, political science, or related field.
• Experience producing policy reports, briefs, and/or advocacy content.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills (quantitative and qualitative).
• Excellent written and spoken English (Desired, not required).

Responsibilities

• Policy research and insight development for legal frameworks and public financing for social innovation.
• Lead policy workstreams and manage external consultants.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
• Develop policy reports, briefs, and analytical products from concept to publication.
• Advocate through compelling narratives and messaging for diverse audiences.
