Job summary

RED is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Deployment Lead to drive a large-scale global PLM transformation in an international FMCG environment. The role focuses on deployment readiness, fit-gap activities, data readiness, and governance across units.

This hybrid role is based in the Netherlands with 2 days in the office (Central Netherlands). It is a 6-month initial contract, rolling/extendable, starting January 2027, for a multi-country deployment program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large program or deployment initiatives.
• Proven PLM / Product Lifecycle Management project experience.
• Background in FMCG, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and product processes.
• Experience managing multi-country transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deployment preparation across business units and countries.
• Organise and drive fit-gap / micro-change workshops.
• Capture, consolidate and track functional gaps and business requirements.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies and readiness.
• Coordinate with business, data, change and functional teams.
