Job summary

A leading technology company in Gelderland is seeking an experienced PLC Engineer to design, develop, and test PLC control systems for mechatronic installations. You will work closely with R&D, commission machinery both in Europe and internationally, and ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate holds an HBO degree in a relevant field and possesses strong programming and communication skills in Dutch and English. Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree in relevant engineering field.
• Proven experience in programming PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal or other PLC software.
• Experience with machine commissioning necessary.
• Willing to travel abroad for commissioning activities.
• Participation in on-call rotations required.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and optimise PLC control systems.
• Develop new software solutions in collaboration with R&D.
• Analyse and resolve faults in existing systems.
• Commission machines on-site and support system start-up.
