Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior professional to lead Global Plan Excellence (GPEX) within the Netherlands, driving global planning standards and capabilities. You will partner with diverse teams across Supply Chain, Technology, and Data Science to enhance planning processes and tools.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced IBP experience, and exceptional communication skills to influence senior partners and enable sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (>5yrs) in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, Site/External Planning, or related areas (Operations, Inventory Planning, etc).
• Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience working in complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability Standards, Governance and Tools.
• Define and evolve global Planning standards across regions and platforms.
• Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Maintain dedicated planning playbooks, process/tool documentation, and training materials.
• Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and improve capabilities.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
• Guide design, development and deployment of global training programs.
• Benchmark industry-leading practices and promote adoption of innovative planning approaches.
• Influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders to align on global standards.
• Champion collaboration across planning, manufacturing, quality, and technology teams.
