Job summary

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years’ supply chain experience in GMP/GDP environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the distribution of pharmaceutical products worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Process daily supply orders in accordance with company policies.
Handle export and import documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments.
Book, track, and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues.
Resolve service and transportation challenges efficiently.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize the supply chain.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including affiliates and distributors.
Represent the supply chain team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing KPI reporting.
